What You'll Do
- Set up and break down branded demo stations at retail locations
- Engage shoppers with product tastings and brand storytelling
- Educate customers on London Dairy and Igloo ice cream product lines
- Drive in-store sales through enthusiastic, knowledgeable product demonstrations
- Represent Ace Foods professionally at all times
- Submit a brief post-event report (photos + sales impact) via our portal
- Maintain product display standards and follow food safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one (reimbursed)
- Smartphone for event check-in and reporting
- Ability to stand for 4–6 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous retail, food service, or promotional experience preferred but not required
Independent Contractor Status — Important Legal Notice
This position is structured as an independent contractor engagement in accordance with IRS guidelines and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Please read the following carefully before applying.
You operate as an independent business. Ace Foods does not control how you perform your services — only the result (a successful product demo). You may work for other companies simultaneously.
As an independent contractor, you are not entitled to employee benefits including health insurance, paid time off, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance from Ace Foods.
You are responsible for all self-employment taxes (Social Security and Medicare). If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, Ace Foods will issue a Form 1099-NEC. You must provide a completed W-9 before your first event.
This is a non-exclusive arrangement. You retain the right to accept work from other clients, brands, or companies. Ace Foods does not require exclusivity.
Each event is a separate engagement. There is no guarantee of ongoing or minimum work. You accept or decline each event opportunity at your discretion.
You are responsible for your own transportation to event locations. Ace Foods provides all demo materials, product, and branded display equipment at the event site.

Ace Foods does not guarantee any minimum number of events or hours. This notice does not constitute legal advice. After joining, complete your ambassador profile and payment details directly within the app at acefoodsusa.com. Your W-9 and bank details are submitted securely online.
View Your Schedule
See all your assigned sampling events in one place — store location, date, time, and product details. Never miss an event with push notifications.
GPS Check-In
On event day, check in through the app when you arrive. GPS verification confirms your location and starts your shift timer automatically.
During the Event
Record product distribution counts, customer interactions, and sales impact. Upload shelf photos, customer photos, and receipts for sampling materials in real time.
Check-Out & Report
At the end of your shift, check out through the app and submit a brief event summary. Your hours are logged automatically and sent to the London Dairy team.
Earnings & Payments
Track your hours, expenses, and earnings in real time. The app generates your 1099 invoices automatically. View payment status and history anytime.
